Eligibility and acceptance
You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and able to form a binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information, maintain control of your phone number, and promptly tell us about unauthorized account use. You are responsible for activity through your account. Usernames must not impersonate others, violate rights, or mislead members.
The Service is not medical care
Wood with Friends supports personal reflection and social accountability. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, monitoring, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional care. Analytics and badges are informational and recreational. Seek a qualified healthcare professional for health concerns, and call emergency services for an emergency.
Your content and audience choices
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Royle Tech, LLC a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the Service and honor the audience you select. A Friends report is shared with accepted friends; a Public report may be shown to any signed-in member. Answers and notes can only be edited within one hour after creation; you may change a report's audience at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Service if you are under 18 or outside the US.
- Harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information.
- Interfere with security or operation, scrape the Service, use automated access without permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or commercial solicitation purposes.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or protect the Service and its members.
SMS messages
If you opt in, you agree to the recurring messages described in our SMS Terms. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
Changes, availability, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Royle Tech, LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular health outcomes, or that social sharing will meet your expectations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royle Tech, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, use, or goodwill resulting from the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
