Verification texts
When you provide your mobile number on the sign-in page, you consent to receive a single verification text from Wood with Friends at that number. Message and data rates may apply. This verification text is used to create or access your account and does not enroll you in recurring reminders.
Optional reminder program
If you separately check the optional SMS reminder box during signup, you agree to receive recurring automated Wood with Friends text messages. Messages prompt you to complete your daily report and may include service or account information.
Frequency
On a day when you have not submitted a report, reminders are scheduled at approximately 7:00 AM, 8:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:00 AM in the time zone saved to your profile. Reminders stop for that day after you submit. Delivery timing can vary because of carriers, networks, or service conditions.
Cost and eligibility
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You must be at least 18, located in the United States, and use a supported US mobile number. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out, opt back in, or get help
Reply STOP to opt out. After a confirmation, you will receive no further Wood with Friends texts unless you opt back in. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help or email team@woodwithfriends.com. You can also contact us if your number changes or you believe someone enrolled it without permission.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use and protect information. We may change or end the SMS program and will post updated terms with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to team@woodwithfriends.com.
